Without provider-directed management, patients are at a higher risk for experiencing preventable diabetes-related complications. The elderly and homeless populations are especially at risk considering they have limited access to care and educational resources regarding proper diabetic foot care. Comprehensive Mobile Foot Care (CMFC) will bridge that gap by providing convenient and affordable mobile foot care by meeting patients where they reside. It is the mission of CMFC to provide proper foot care and improve quality of life by forming community partnerships and a trustful healthcare environment. This business plan will begin with a market analysis of the current diabetic and podiatric markets so as to identify areas in Los Angeles County that are most in need of our services. A feasibility analysis will follow and dive into the different components that will go into creating the organization. The plan will also include a legal and regulatory analysis to ensure proper state and federal regulations are being met. The business plan will conclude with a financial overview evaluating the sustainability of CMFC as well as what sources of revenue are required to provide uninterrupted services to our community.
